Once the client confirms their first offshore hire or project engagement, your commission is processed according to the approved terms.

Full-time placements*

For referred full-time offshore placements.

Project-based work*

Up to NZD $350

For referred project engagements.

If you introduce a business that becomes a VentureX client, we will review the referral and confirm eligibility. Once approved, a referral reward may apply based on the type of engagement and the overall relationship value.
What kind of rewards are available?
Rewards vary depending on the engagement. Full-time placements and project-based work are treated differently, and final reward amounts are confirmed on approval based on factors like role seniority, salary levels, and total engagement value.
Do rewards apply to future hires from the same client?
In some cases, yes. Where a referral leads to an ongoing client relationship, rewards may extend to future hires. This is assessed on a case-by-case basis and confirmed as part of the partner approval process.
When are rewards paid?
Rewards are paid after the relevant engagement has been confirmed and invoiced. Full details around timing and conditions are provided once your application has been reviewed and approved.
Do I need to have a referral ready to apply?
No. You can apply even if you do not have an immediate introduction in mind. Some partners apply first and make referrals later once they understand how VentureX works.
How are referrals tracked?
Referrals are tracked using unique partner links and confirmation during the introduction process. The goal is to keep tracking simple, transparent, and fair rather than relying on rigid automation.
What happens after I submit the application?
All applications are reviewed manually. If it looks like a good fit, we will get in touch to confirm details, share the full program terms, and outline next steps before you are admitted to the partner program.
