• Cloudflare: Our website is hosted and secured by Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process technical data, such as IP addresses and device information, to protect our site from unauthorised access, mitigate malicious activity, and optimise performance.
• Slack: All website form submissions are automatically transmitted to and stored within our secure Slack workspace for internal review and action.
• Google Workspace: We use Google Workspace for email correspondence, document management, and internal record-keeping.
• Generative AI Tools (Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT): We use these tools to assist with data analysis, content drafting, and internal workflows. We take reasonable steps to ensure that personal or sensitive information is anonymised or stripped from inputs before being processed by these third-party platforms.
• Google Analytics & Bing Clarity: These tools collect statistical, non-identifying metadata about website visits to help us analyse and improve our user experience.

3. Storage and Security

We take all reasonable steps to protect personal information from loss, unauthorised access, or disclosure. By utilising enterprise-grade platforms like Cloudflare, Google, and Slack, we leverage their robust security protocols to protect your data.

4. Disclosure to Overseas Recipients

The service providers listed above are hosted on overseas servers (primarily in the United States). We only disclose information to these recipients where we have reasonable grounds to believe they provide privacy protections comparable to the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

5. Retention of Information

We do not keep personal information for longer than is required for its lawful purpose. Certain records may be retained for longer periods where mandated by New Zealand law, such as the Tax Administration Act or the Companies Act.

6. Your Rights: Access and Correction
